Verhuur, Artikel 23
Voor verhuur van het appartement geldt het volgende:
a. Verhuur op basis van shortstay is niet toegestaan.
b. Verhuur van het appartement voor bed and breakfast is enkel toegestaan met toestemming van
de Bewonersraad.

Het verhuren van het gehele appartement voor shortstay geeft een grote kans op overlast bij medebewoners en is daarom niet toegestaan. Bij shortstay verhuur middels bed and breakfast is er toezicht van de eigenaar en dus is de kans op overlast gering. Dit is daarom wel toegestaan. In het kader van de sociale cohesie wil de bewonersraad wel geïnformeerd worden en ook het recht hebben in specifieke gevallen de verhuur toch te verbieden.

Rental, Article 23
Rental of the flat is subject to the following:
a. Rental on the basis of shortstay is not permitted.
b. Rental of the apartment as a bed and breakfast is only permitted if this has been approved by the Residence Councel.

Letting the entire flat for shortstay gives a high chance of nuisance to fellow residents and is therefore not allowed. With shortstay letting by bed and breakfast, there is supervision by the owner and so the chance of nuisance is low. This is therefore permitted. However, for the sake of social cohesion, Residence Council wants to be informed and also has the right to prohibit letting in specific cases.
